  30. He returned my call at 11PM (that's _PM_, and on my personal line!)
  31. After I hung up on him, he called my client (at 11:30PM!), and 'threatened' him by saying that
  32. I was 'burning his bridges'?!?
  33. (I guess because I had the temerity to confront the vendor about his incapacity. :^)
  34. My client paid $9,000 for a 200MHz 21064!!!! (Part of a $23,000 package)

  36. The way I see it, my client paid for those bridges, they were never built by the vendor, and _I'm_ trying to forge my way upstream for help!

  38. I would mention the vendor name, but I've seen the way these guys operate.
  39. I'm already in enough trouble for expressing my opinion about other things - the last thing I need is the Deskstation gang coming down on me.
